What ingredients make the Wild Tropic Skincare so special?

All of Wild Tropic's skincare products are made with potent Australian botanical ingredients.

Do you offer samples?

We have Trial Kits available so you can try out a skin routine for 4-6 weeks and see how it goes with your skin. Check out our kits here .

Is Wild Tropic Skincare vegan and cruelty free?

Yes! All of Wild Tropic Skincare Range is 100% Vegan Friendly & Cruelty Free.

Is Wild Tropic Skincare all natural?

Yes, the entire range of skincare is all natural.

Is the set available for sale in stores?

For now, Wild Tropic Skincare set/s are only available online.

I have sensitive skin. Can I use Wild Tropic Skincare?

Yes, the entire range is specifically formulated for even the most sensitive skin. We recommend our Hydrating Range! Check it out here.

I have dry skin. Where is the best place to start?

With the Hydrating Trial Kit for Sensitive & Dry skin.

I have oily/combo skin. Where is the best place to start?

With the Clarifying Trial Kit for or Combination, Oily, Breakout Skin.

Can I use your skincare whilst pregnant and breastfeeding?

Yes, the entire range is pregnancy and breastfeeding safe. So you can use it throughout your motherhood journey.

Can my 13 year old use your skincare?

Yes, you can start your teenagers on a basic skincare routine when they are 13 or when their skin begins changing from puberty. We recommend our Trial Kits as the best place to start them on a simple (yet effective) skin journey.

Do you have anything to help with blackheads?

The best products for visibly reducing blackheads are the Clarifying Trio and Blemish Spot Remover. They work resurface your skin to dissolve dead skin and absorb excess oil, which can dramatically reduce blackheads and breakouts.

What is your best product for flaking skin?

If your skin is flaking, your skin's natural barrier is most likely impaired. We recommend our Hydrating Trio and monsoon mask which can assist with this in as little as 2 weeks, strengthening and protecting your skin.

I'm in my 50's. Can i still use Wild Tropic Skincare?

Absolutely! The skincare has many anti-ageing benefits and gets your skin glowing and healthy. The range focuses on the basic needs of all skin - hydration, calming and resurfacing (through exfoliation). 

Are your products tested on animals?

No, we are 100% cruelty free and do not test any of our products or ingredients on animals.

Can men use your skincare?

Absolutely! The skincare is suitable for everyone as it focuses on the basic needs of all skin - hydrating, calming and resurfacing (through exfoliation).

Is your skincare Australian Made?

Yes! It sure is. 100% Australian Made and packed with Native Australian Botanicals.

Where do you source your ingredients from?

All our ingredients are sourced from Australia. We work with local specialists and do research to make sure we only use quality ethical ingredients.

Are Wild Tropic products made and manufactured in Australia?

Yes, all Wild Tropic Skincare are made in Australia featuring Australian Botanicals.

I had an allergic reaction. Can I get a refund?

The ingredients of the product are listed on the page to help you identify any sensitivities with certain ingredients.

Different skin types and skin conditions may react differently to our products. We always highly recommend doing a patch test on your skin first when trying new products.

It is always best to know and understand how your skin reacts to various products and ingredients.

If you experienced an allergic reaction, please send our customer service a detailed description of what occurred along with the pictures.

Please note that issues should be reported immediately or within 14 days of receipt of the item.

Does your skincare contain nut oils?

Some of our products do contain almond oil or solubilizer derived from almonds. Please read the ingredient list of each product to ensure it is safe for you.

Do your products expire?

As our products are 100% natural and do not contain nasty preservatives, they do have a shorter shelf life of 12months & 6 months after opening. Please remember to store your skincare in a cool place away from direct sun exposure.

How long after opening do I have to use my skincare?

We recommend that you use your products within 6 months of opening. This optimises the potency and effectiveness of the active ingredients.

Do I need to cleanse morning and night?

We believe it is important to cleanse your skin in the morning to remove any excess oils along with cleansing twice in the evening; one to remove your makeup and one to cleanse your skin and pores.

Shipping & Dispatch

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Appin, NSW (2560) with Express Australia Post and a tracking number is issued via email. You must provide a safe and secure address as the courier will safe drop your parcel if you are not at home. If you do not wish to give authority to leave your parcel without you being home, please let us know in the 'Notes to seller' section of the website.

Same day dispatch for orders before 2:30pm on business days.

What do I do if I enter the wrong address?

If you enter the wrong address, please contact us ASAP by emailing hello@wildtropicskincare.com.au with your order number or name you ordered under. If we haven't sent your parcel yet, we can easily change your address. If we have already sent your parcel, a $20 ‘return to sender’ fee will be charged. 

How long will my order take?

All Australian orders are sent via Australia Post Express Post. Once dispatched usual delivery time is 1-3 depending on your location and whether you are within the Next Day Network. International orders can approximately take anywhere from 7-21 days.

Incorrect or Faulty Products

If you have received incorrect, damaged or faulty items, please provide details (including photos)within 14 days of purchase. We will verify whether you are entitled to a replacement with new products and provide instructions accordingly. Please include your order confirmation number in the subject line so we can find your order easily and process your request promptly.

Missing Items

We understand receiving your order on time and in good condition is important to you; it’s equally important to us! We do absolutely everything possible to ship and deliver your order on time and in good condition.

Please contact our Customer Service Teamso we can organise replacements for missing products. Please include your order confirmation number in the subject line so we can find your order easily and process your request promptly.

How to Return Products

If you need to return products in accordance with this Policy, please contact our Customer Service Team to find out how to send damaged products back to our warehouse.

Please always include your order confirmation number in the subject line as well as pictures of the products you wish to return.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend that you package the products appropriately and use a trackable, insured service as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
