Returns Policy

We are confident that you and your skin will love Wild Tropic Skincare, however in any event that you do wish to exchange or return a product, we are happy to do so under certain circumstances.  


We do not accept returns due to hygiene reasons, so we suggest that you begin with the 'Trial Kit' to see how the range works with your skin before purchasing the full-size skincare.


Refunds/Change of Mind:

Refunds - If you have not been issued a tracking number, we can refund your order for change of mind. If you have received your tracking number, we cannot refund your order. 


Exchange/ Store Credit: 

We are unable to refund skincare due to change of mind for hygiene reasons. We can exchange any product that is unopened/unused for a store credit. 


Faulty Items:

If any of our products are found to be defective, we will exchange the product. 


Exchange / Return Process 

To be eligible for an exchange or replacement, please return the product in its original packaging with proof of purchase within 10 days and we will issue the replacement.  Please ensure all products are packaged well so they arrive safely. All exchanges are processed within 3 business days of receiving the product. The product is then sent back to you via Express Shipping at no additional cost. 

We highly recommend tracking your parcel as we do not take responsibility for any lost parcels when returning damaged stock or for postal charges.

 


Incorrect or Damaged Products

If you have received incorrect, damaged or faulty items, please provide details (including photos) within 10 days of purchase. We will verify whether you are entitled to a replacement with new products and provide instructions accordingly. Please include your order confirmation number in the subject line so we can find your order easily and process your request promptly. 


Missing Items

We understand receiving your order on time and in good condition is important to you; it’s equally important to us! We do absolutely everything possible to ship and deliver your order on time and in good condition.

Please contact our Customer Service Team so we can organise replacements for missing products. Please include your order confirmation number in the subject line so we can find your order easily and process your request promptly.

If you encounter any other issue with or reaction to our product, please provide details, and we will respond to you.

How to Return Products

If you need to return products in accordance with this Policy, please contact our Customer Service Team to find out how to send damaged products back to our warehouse. 


Please always include your order confirmation number in the subject line as well as pictures of the products you wish to return.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend that you package the products appropriately and use a trackable, insured service as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
